By accessing or using MemoLink ("the Service"), your persistent intelligence layer operated at memolink.app, you agree to these foundational protocols.

MemoLink is a personal intelligence infrastructure designed for the capture, synthesis, and recall of human experience. The Service enables automated relationship mapping and semantic discovery across web and mobile interfaces.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use MemoLink.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload to MemoLink, including journal entries, goals, documents, and media files ("User Content").

• You grant MemoLink a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
• We do not claim ownership over your User Content.
• You may export or delete your content at any time.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

MemoLink uses artificial intelligence to analyze your entries, generate insights, extract entities, and provide recommendations. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We continuously work to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee the correctness of AI-generated content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Upload content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our express permission.

Your use of MemoLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The MemoLink name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of MemoLink. The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. MemoLink is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of MemoLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
